The kitchen was not a full kitchen and the A/C worked. The last time we stayed there we had a cottage with 2 bedrooms this time we had 3 beds in one room. Overall it was ok.

We only stayed one night but I loved the old Hawaiian feel. The room was very clean and well supplied. It is a very quaint Hawaiian hotel in a quiet part of town. The staff was very helpful. Our plane was delayed 3 hours so we checked in after staff went home but we met them in the am. Very nice. The only thing I would've like to have information in the "book" was where the ice machine was. We couldn't ask anyone and there were no directions in the booklet except that there was one on property. I like to have ice in my water. But it did not affect our stay. We would definitely stay again. It's a very well maintained hotel.

Room is tiny and outdated. Shower is tiny with slippery tile steps leading to it. Towels are thin and a little bigger than a hand towel. Walls are thin. You hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. Everything. I requested no bottom room and despite making the res months earlier wasbplaced in a bottom floor on the farthest emd of the property. It is located in an industrial area.

We truly loved our experience at Kauai Palms. We stayed in a cottage which was more than enough for our family. It was clean and quiet. There was a nice market on the street behind us on Saturday, and the staff was so friendly. I will only stay here from now on.

I would definitely stay there again. No frill but clean and safe. The staff were very friendly. Super easy check in and out. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. That was the only con but not a deal breaker.
