An oceanfront hideaway on Kauai's Eastside Royal Coconut Coast, located between Lihue and Kapaa, the Kaha Lani Resort is on a white sandy beach with lush tropical grounds. Featuring one, two and three bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi and parking, as well as access to barbecue areas, a tennis court, and a large oceanfront heated swimming pool.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Absolutely gorgeous views!!! Beautiful place! Only downside is no air conditioning, but this is coming from people who sleep very hot. It was still very comfortable with the windows opened and air flowing through the place. Would definitely stay here again

1. Front door stuck and had to be pushed or slammed open and shut.2. Several in the family were shocked by the front light switch. Switch was also hot to touch once. Hall light switch shocked our 13 year old.3. Chest of drawers in master bedroom must have come from Goodwill. Drawers were hard to open and shut.4 Floor in guest bath was slippery to one of us.

This location was great. The view from the unit was exactly what we were hoping for. The living room/kitchen/dining area has a great view of the ocean, as does one of the bedrooms. The ocean and a great beach are just a one or two minute walk out the back door. We loved the beach. Swimming in the open ocean isn't great here, but there's a protected swimming area a 5-10 minute walk down the beach. The kitchen was great for cooking and well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The ocean breeze kept it pretty cool. The location is great, central between Lihue and Kapaa, and close to the airport.

We loved our stay in this condo. The park paths along the waterfront were great for walking. Kitchen was everything I had hoped for except the microwave ... too small. I could not cook a couple of travel go-to dishes because of its size. Consider removing the hood over the range and replacing it with a full-size microwave with exhaust fan.

Perfect location for a true oceanfront condo. Sleep to the sound of the waves at night, rent bikes or walk along the beach. Beautiful sunrises seen from the comfort of the master bed.

Heaven on earth

Amazing location

Watching the sun peak over the ocean horizon in mornings over breakfast while also enjoying the view of the ocean waves... was idyllic. It's quiet and peaceful but close to Kapaa. Wish we had started here longer.

The condo is in the perfect location for everything. Centrally located so traveling anywhere is a breeze. Sunrise from the condo or footsteps away on the beach. HIGHLY recommend this location.
