Marcel and Dominique Fichelle welcome you to Ligny le Ribault (45240) in the Communes de Bon Hôtel, in Sologne. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this characterful property with its oak-lined garden. The cottage is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire, and Lamotte-Beuvron.
Hike or bike, visit the châteaux, or discover the various golf courses; you'll be centrally located.
This 7-person cottage has been completely restored and combines tradition and modernity. It is independent but located on a property. GROUND FLOOR (56m²) - south and west exposure: Entrance hall, separate toilet, fully equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, etc.) and dining table for 10.
Living room with large furniture, sofas, flat-screen TV, and designer wood-burning stove. Very bright room with a large French window opening to the south onto the garden and terrace.
