Our apartment is located in a residence with a shared outdoor pool, lift and custodian, only 50mt from the beach. The property consists of a furnished terrace, a living/dining room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed or two single beds, and a full bathroom with shower. Equipped with one uncovered and numbered parking space.
