Small building with a shared garden in a quiet area of Lignano Pineta, only 200mt from the beach. Our cozy flat is composed of a small terrace with outdoor furniture, a living/dining room with a kitchen corner and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, and a full bathroom with a shower box. It can accommodate up to three guests. There is limited parking, a parking spot cannot be guaranteed.

*The property is not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general.
