Elegant condominium located about 200m from the beach and within walking distance from the center of Lignano Riviera. Guests can enjoy 2 pools, one for adults and one for children, open from late May to mid-September, limited communal parking, a large garden, and elevators. The apartment is a three-room unit with a living-dining area, double sofa bed, and furnished terrace, separate kitchen, 1 double bedroom with a ceiling fan, 1 bedroom with two single beds and ceiling fan, 1 bathroom with shower/WC, and 1 with shower cubicle/WC. It also includes a TV, washing machine, and free-to-use safe.
