Building placed in a quiet area, about 600 m from the beach and not far away from the town centre of Lignano Pineta and from the Hemingway park, recommended for walkers and for children. In the neighbourhood there are supermarkets, snack bars, pizzerias and restaurants. The building comes with a lift and has a television-set, a dishwasher, a safe box and enclosed private parking area with limited availability. The flat, equipped with air/con, features a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with refrigerator with freezer compartment and a microwave. Terrace with table and chairs, a master-bedroom, a bathroom with shower box and washing machine. The use of the communal garden is obviously allowed.
