We are delighted to welcome you in our comfortable three-room apartment located in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by the greenery of Lignano Pineta, 900mt from the beach and just a few steps from the center.

The three-room apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. You will find a nice living room with a double sofa-bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer and a microwave, a bathroom with shower and a lovely private fenced garden.

To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat, american coffee maker and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.
