Modern clean hotel room with a huge toilet and comfy beds. There is a dryer in the room which makes it easy to wash / dry clothes. Staff are super helpful - we needed to heat up lunch and they offered to assist.

Best Sokos Hotel in town!!

Great Hotel! Super Service! Clean! Light! But no gym! Not even a Cross Trainer! And the same Menu in the Restaurant since 1 1/2 years! But still much better than the other Sokos hotel in town.

Modernes und ideal gelegenes Hotel für den Besuch des Koli Nationalparks. Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Auch das Badezimmer war geräumig und hatte eine tolle grosse Dusche. Sehr gutes Restaurant für das Abendessen, jedoch mit einer etwas kleinen Auswahl. Umfangreiches und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Beim Frühstück dürfte jedoch das Geschirr auch zwischendurch mal abgeräumt werden und nicht erst am Schluss. Wenn man etwas später zum Frühstück kommt, steht je nach Auslastung des Hotels nahezu auf allen Tischen noch benutztes Geschirr und man muss es selbst zur Seite stellen. Auch das Nachreichen der Speisen am Buffet dauerte etwas lange. In der ersten Nacht war im Zimmer praktisch dauernd ein relativ lautes Brummen zu hören (evtl. von der Lüftung/Klimatisierung?). Das könnte für jemanden mit leichtem Schlaf mühsam werden. In der zweiten Nacht hingegen war es kaum mehr zu hören.

Asiakaspalvelijalla huono päivä

Vastaanoton asiakaspalvelija oli kireä eikä ilmeisesti huonetta olisi pitänyt varata matkanjärjestäjän kautta. Myös taksipalvelut kuvailtiin vaivalloisiksi ja Joensuusta asti tilattavaksi, vaikka viereinen asiakaspalvelija kertoi toisille asiakkaille taksipalvelujen toimivan hyvin. Jäi ei-tervetullut fiilis. Onneksi saimme itse järjestettyä Kolin taksin, joka toimii aluella jatkuvasti.

Koira ravintolassa

Ravintolaan sai ainakin aamiaisaikana tuoda koiran. Sille ei ollut merkitty mitään erillistä aluetta. Koska olen voimakkaasti allerginen eläinpölylle, tämä oli ikävä yllätys. Jos eläimiä otetaan ravintolaan, niille pitäisi olla oma erillinen alueensa, esim. jonkinlainen kabinetti. Tästä pitäisi informoida sekä koirien omistajia että muita asiakkaita.
