Perfect for foreign employees coming to work for a few weeks in a company in the region, this apartment is both practical and comfortable!
Fully equipped and benefiting from parking in the interior courtyard, the apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the main roads (E25, quais des Ardennes) and places of commerce (Belle-Île, Blvd Pointcarré). It also has a perfect location for walks (quays of the Ourthe, quays of the Meuse).
The Vennes apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a large living room and a large dining room.The bay window in the kitchen opens onto a south-facing balcony, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the sun as soon as it comes out. The room is spacious and comfortable. While the bathroom, also spacious, is naturally inspired and soothing. In case of high heat, an air conditioner is available, as well as a parasol for the terrace.
Please note: a slight ventilation noise (single flow) is audible from the living room and the bathroom.
We will ask you to ensure proper maintenance of the plants during your stay.
Television: only a Netlfix account at your disposal.

Everything is available just a few steps away! the Ardennes motorway (E25) passes right next door, and allows quick access to all major routes.If, on the other hand, you prefer peace and quiet, a walk along the Ourthe from the apartment is barely a stone's throw away. Access by car is via the E25 motorway, Belle île exit. Private parking is available at the rear of the building.
If you arrive by train, Liège Guillemins station is located around twenty minutes on foot.But you can also take buses 30 and 31 to Embourg and Beaufays, which stop in front of the apartment. Or lines 64 – 65 – 66 – 377 which stop at the Belle île stop, 200m from the Vennes apartment.
