The studio
Often rented by foreign collaborators who come to work for a few weeks in a company in the region, this studio has it all! Next to a bathroom with shower and toilet, you have a bright living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable sofa bed.

Access
Located on the second floor of a mansion, accessible by stairs.The Clarisses 1 studio is identical to this one and is located on the first floor.

The neighborhood
Rue des Clarisses is known for its numerous restaurants, 4 of which are among my favorites!
Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll be surrounded by the city's best bars and boutiques. In short, you will not be bored staying in this studio. And if restaurants, bars and shops are not your main interests, know that you are a 5-minute walk from the Theater, and 10 minutes from the Opera and cinemas! A gym is also available in the area.

Transportation
You will be able to access the accommodation:

• By train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is that of Guillemins (located 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus)
• By bus : the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop (200m) is served by a large number of lines
• By car : rue Saint-Rémy is reserved for residents of the street, but it is possible to park inthe streets neighbors (paid parking), or in neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).

Bail

Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:

• For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
• For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.

Long stay cleaning fees

For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
