The hotel was clean, cozy and the breakfast buffet was just amazing. I also can’t thank the manager enough for lending me a US to Europe charger for my iPhone and computer. I had lost my own charger on the layover in Amsterdam, and both my iPhone and computer died shortly after arriving at the hotel. After a sleepless long night, I walked to Lidingö centrum, where stores of course only had Europe to US chargers. Without the hotel managers kindness, my visit to Stockholm would have been so difficult.

When we arrived there was only 1 towel for us both. We called reception and they said towels were being washed. When we return 5 hours latter, still no towel. We called reception again and were told nobody was on site and we needed to ask in the morning. In the morning we asked staff serving breakfast and did receive 1 more towel. There was a limit of 1 towel per person per stay. Then we could have a shower. However, with no shower curtain, the floor got very wet. We did not wish to wipe up with our precious towels as we would need them again so floor was wet and dangerous, not to mention disgusting. We wish there was a shower curtain.

Door to balcony didn’t properly close, no one came to take rubbish or replenish toilet paper, towels etc. no one was at the front desk. The shower and sink drips. Breakfast was nice. It would be a fine place to stay for 1-2 nights but no longer than that
