Please let us know in advance. Thank you very much.<br><br>Our vacation home has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. Ideal for 3 adults and 1 child. It has a living area of about 80 square meters and is situated on a 900-square-meter lot right on the edge of the forest. With a little luck, you can spot deer from the terrace in the morning or evening. <br>The first floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, air conditioning, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and coffee maker, and a bathroom with a shower and instant water heater. The southwestern-facing terrace, furnished with comfortable chairs, a dining table, a parasol, and a grill, invites you to relax outdoors. The 900-square-meter garden is not fenced in.<br><br>The upper floor with a loft is accessed via a side staircase from the living room. Both bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom features a box-spring bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and satellite TV. The second bedroom, which features a comfortable fold-out couch (1.40 x 2.00 m), has a large closet.
