We had a wheelchair accessible room . It was very plain but clean . The Air conditioner was very loud which made it hard to sleep . We could hear a lot from the other rooms . Food in restaurant was very good . Check in and out was also very good

Room was terrible. Sound of AC was like alarm every 20 min. Sleeping was impossible with waking up every 20 min. It should be illegal to give people rooms with so high noise level. I hope to not stay in Hilton anymore. It’s crime to give such room for 300$ in Costa Rica

The wait to check in was over an hour, which is very hard to understand, there were probably six groups ahead of us, but it was extremely slow. Also we had requested an accessible room and specifically said we needed a shower chair. There was no shower chair in the shower and one of the grab bars was broken, it was a very unsafe condition

We arrived at the hotel on the day of our check in just after 2 pm. We went through all the papers and were told our room would not be ready until 3 pm. We went and found a nearby brewery and returned at 3:30, where a line formed for service. We joined the line, when some other people thought it would be faster to start two lines. At around 4:30 we were told our room was not ready and it wasn’t clean. Please give them 20 minutes (even though other peoples rooms were ready). We came back in 20 minutes (waiting in line again for 1 hour) and at first the room still wasn’t ready. FINALLY they put us in a different room. Service was slow - and I don’t understand why they don’t have ropes for the line for peak periods or the three check-in desks running… other than that, the stay and amenities were fine. Wish I’d considered the other nearby airport hotel and will look closer next time I stay in the area before choosing this one again.
