It was easy to get to and to find. Check in was a huge pain though. It’s all e-checkin and there’s no receptionist there. So when our credit card wasn’t recognized by the hotel we had to drive to another of their hotels to complete check-in. Thankfully the person who runs their restaurant was there and he was so helpful.

Nice off street parking but that was all. The staff was not friendly,..not rude but just not interested. Reminded me of an old communist hotel where the staff was paid even if they were awful so why try? Room had an open ceiling tile in the bathroom directly over the towel rack so the insulation could fall down on the towels. The walls were so thin we got to listen to the loud party next door until 3:00 AM. The room was so small there was barely 2 ft around the sides and at the foot of the bed. The restaurant told us they were out of many things including red wine. Then we saw a large rack of red wine around the corner and the girl admitted that we could have that if we wanted to buy a bottle. By then our mediocre food had arrived (took 1 hr for a salad and a piece of pork and mashed potatoes),..too late.I would not recommend this place to anyone

OK for an overnight

Reception staff and procedure very pleasant - room appeared to be newly refurbished and was well presented with 4 poster bed and large corner bath. Outside seating and bar area were pleasant and the breakfast was OK. Unfortunately dinner was awful and had to make 2nd or 3rd choices on starters and mains - which were not good - and on the evening I ate there the whole restaurant smelt of dirty -used cooking fat - I really should have walked out like a number of other guests did and eaten elsewhere.

We had bad experience with that hotel. We got to the hotel on check in time, and find out that the room is not ready. After long waiting of 4 (!) hours after check in time we finally got our room, without any apologies. when we entered the room we found that the hot plate is turned on, without option to turn it off. it heated the room, which was very small and without air condition, and make it impossible to stay in the room. it took another our to the hotel staff to fix it.

Good hotel for stop over

The hotel has a good location near the city centre. The room was clean, and the beds comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick, the personel competent and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to sample the restaurant's offer.

great hotel if you are with a car

Very pleasant. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Strong free WiFi . Out of town center so not ideal if without a car (free private parking available). Would have given rate 5 if not for a somewhat rude attitude of the young man at the reception one night. Otherwise service was satisfactory. All in all good value for money and highly recommended.

Ideal für eine Nacht

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Zimmer sehr klein aber zweckmäßig. Direkt an der Straße also etwas laut. Code eingeben machte mehrmals Probleme, nicht ganz intuitiv. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Zimmermädchen war nett und hilfsbereit.

Hotel hat freundliche Personal, saubere Zimmer. Gute essen. Was mir besonders gefallen, dass Zimmer haben keine Schlüssel, sondern öffnen sich mit dem Code. Anmeldung war auch gut, nur Computers wollte nicht immer funktionieren, aber dafür Manager ist immer hilfsbereit. Verbindung ist auch gut. Ich möchte mich bedanken für schöne Zeit, die ich gehabt.
