One sheet had blood on it I was charged 70 dollars. Also the microwave in 112 is broken and probably still is. Wouldn’t open once closed I came here twice before and it was broke. Both times same room

Retro- but really showing wear that needs to be addressed. Furniture banged up, drywall holes, missing baseboards. Carpet that REALLY needs replacement. Staff was good except for one person. Very overwhelmed with check in ( many teams for sports tournament created a bit of stress,) I will say though- it’s clean. The cleaning staff are miracle workers keeping those 60’s bathroom looking good. Listen, if it was $100 a night I wouldn’t complain. But $360 for 2 days- next time I’ll AirBnB it. I do think I got the “Expedia Room” though as others In-N-Out group were a “tad” nicer but still in dire need of paint, baseboards etc.

The door that went outside by our room was not locked and had to be opened by the handicapped button. It was load and could hear the ice machine and other doors closing when in the room. We were charged $50.00 for room damage, when I called the person that answered the phone didn’t know what it was for. When she called back she said it was for a pillow that we damaged, I told her that we didn’t damage a pillow and the quality of the pillows did not reflect the $50.00 charge. I asked for a copy of the receipt for the pillow, we will see if we receive it!!🙁

Not worth the money and not as advertised

The beds re 4feet high, bottom mattress was horribly dirty. Really cold in hallways, i would say to cover up rug smell. Restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday two days we were there. No coffee pot on room likes says. No way to book room with pet so they moved us and it cost me more for the room and also 30.00 for dog. Would I recommend, NO, would i stay again NO.

Pool and hot tub are great, front desk very helpful, manager resolved a third party booking company issue quickly, rooms that have upgraded laminate flooring nicer than carpeted ones, bathrooms need upgraded, but everything clean.
