It was clean, parking was great, and staff was friendly. My only complaints are that the tv wasn’t working and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. I only slept about 3 hours.

We had an excellent stay, and I especially want to recognize Carina at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. After breakfast, my husband accidentally left his phone behind. Carina found it and made sure it was safely returned to us. She was incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. Her honesty and willingness to help made a stressful situation turn out wonderfully. Employees like Carina truly make a difference, and she made our stay worthwhile. Thank you, Carina, for your exceptional service and kindness. We would gladly stay here again because of wonderful people like you!
