The Lakeview House - access to pier/dock, fire pit and lake access

The Lake: The lake is across the street in direct view of the front of the house. You have access to the water and shared pier, so you can dock your watercraft or sun bathe, along with a fire pit and a yard for family activities. Parents/ guardians have sole responsibility for monitoring their child/children. Individuals are responsible for their own safety, especially in the lake.

The Neighborhood: This is one of the newer homes on Lakeview Drive. Most neighboring homes are used only seasonally. I have another property, about 200 yards from this property, that is a lake front home, if need another house. It is HA 4463929.

The Lakeview House is fully furnished and ready for you and your guests. Access to a shared boat dock is available. Whether you choose to rent the house for a two nights, a week, or 28 days, you'll enjoy all of the following amenities not mentioned above:

Parking was convenient even for our F-350. Plenty of room for folks to spread out in the living area and kitchen. Upstairs suite would be a PLUS PLUS for family gatherings as you have privacy in your own sitting area, etc up there. Would not recommend for someone with climbing issues/knees/hips etc as steps go up to the main floor and then lots of steps to top suite. But we are in our mid 70s and did NOT have any issues of same. Recommend this VRBO, we do.

Beautiful Home

The location is great. Close enough to town and parks for kids. Lake view is absolutely relaxing. Mr. Albert is so kind and courteous. I will be renting this place again next year when I return to visit family. Very relaxing neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook.

The Lakeview house is great, very relaxing, very comfortable, maybe a bit away from town but an easy drive. If you want quiet with a view, this is the place. Dealing with owner very easy, looking forward to a return visit.

Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for visiting the area to watch family members play baseball. The house is spacious and well equipped for what you need. Alfred is great to work answering questions and providing information. Definitely would book again when back in the area.

Beautiful place by the water

We absolutely loved this location. We were unfortunately in town for a funeral so did not get to spend as much time as we would have liked at the property but we loved being there when we could! My mother in law woke up every morning to watch the sun rise and watched the fog lift from the lake from the front window and loved it. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

It was really nice! The water was definitely close enough and the home was just as advertised. Alfred was very nice and enjoyable to converse with. All was Very Good and Yes I'll look forward to staying again. One spot to improve: one of the downstairs mattresses was very uncomfortable. Exceptional Host and rental property

Alfred was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were accomidated and that everything about our stay was taken care of. The property location was great and my kids enjoyed the amazing amount of space that was available. There was plenty of room for us and I have a family of 5 including myself. He provided local eateries to order from so when we arrived from our long drive we knew what was close and available to us. There was a fire pit for use and docks to go fishing from. I overly pleased with everything this rental had provided and what Mr. Graham offered as a host to us. If i were to book in this area again, I would go out of my way to make sure I'd book here again! Thank you again Alfred!
