It's OK for the price

There are a lot of homeless people staying around in the area and the room was not clean. It was real messy missing the coffee pot. Didn't really like to stay this time.

Needs some love

The staff was amazing! Couldn't say anything bad about the lady's. The inside over all could use a deep cleaning and or upgrade. Some mold in the bathrooms. Now the outside needs to be cleaned alot! Trash every where full trash cans not changed in the 6days we stayed there. The pool was very clean but around the pool not so cleaned. Not enough parking due to the people that "live" there having broken cars or multiple cars. Other then that i would stay there again.

Amenities showed pool and hot tub, neither were available, had homeless walking around the parking lot, stacks of old mattresses, and repairs that weren't painted. Bugs and bug bait were laid out.

The room was super hot when we checked in, like hotter than outside temps. It took a while but finally it started to cool. Then we find that the smoke detector is hanging out of the ceiling. The bathtub (I cleaned it myself) and floors were dirty, we picked up glass out of the carpet. After driving for 14 hours we were too tired to try and find another place to stay. There were multiple stray cats running around outside. The pool was closed and the hallways were hot and smelly. I will say the lady at the front desk was super nice.

Our key cards stopped working twice. The bath tub didn’t drain and once a shower was completed, it would take over an hour to drain completely. We had 4 in our room and kept getting 2 towels. We had to ask for extra towels and this took nearly ten minutes each time. The front desk was always flustered and didn’t know how to help in situations. A many threw up in the pool at the end of the night and it took them 20 min to close it. Then without cleaning it, it was opened the next morning. Our microwave did not work. We did not have a fire alarm in our room, it was pulled off the ceiling and its wires were hanging down. Burnt remote had the batteries taped in and the channel down button did not work.

The room smelled disgusting like cigarettes and some sort of gas, looking further we found that the toilet was not even connected to the floor and was not functional! We were unable to stay in this room, and as a result had to spend a lot more money than we had budgeted to get a different room. I want a refund, this was totally unacceptable
