Excellent location to the Natural Bridge. Everything else is good, not great, with friendly staff. The breakfast was overpriced for the limited selection buffet style. They didn't even have basic toasts or bananas. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast there at all.

My second time staying here while traveling. It’s a charming hotel that has been upgraded with nice colors and furnishings. It’s clean, quiet and safe. The night I stayed there, park rangers from over were having a conference there so there was a lot of law enforcement presence.

The property needs some maintenance…..paint peeling in several areas, tub stopper not working and just laying off to the side, fridge/freezer had a big block of ice taking up space for items we wanted to refrigerate. Beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. Staff was amazing. Overall, I’d recommend to family and friends. I was somewhat surprised though that bfast wasn’t included in the room price like in other hotels.

Historical Hotel with much needed room updating. Showers didn't have proper curtain to keep in water, air conditioning made terrible noise, sheets and comforter paper thin and had old stains on them. Elevator was a small box that was unpredictable if it would open/close/work at all. Convenience of food from Tavern or Formal dining.
