Roaches, flies, dirty tables, dirty floors, smelled like cigarettes, cigarette burns in sheets. Place needs to be shutdown for an overhaul. Especially pest control is extremely needed. Very loud outside with people yelling and alot of activities all night long. Was awful. Could not sleep. Had to leave.

This going to be a very honest review. The staff were amazing! We needed a couple of things and they were incredibly accommodating! The room...not so much. The bedding was clean, and we did do a bed bug check. But, we would do that anywhere. It was fairly clean, but there was dirt on the bathroom floor, a disposable razor cover behind the bathroom door, and some sort of burnt paper between the toilet seat and back of the toilet. The bed was kind of like a roll away frame (not on wheels), but it was comfortable enough for our needs of just a few hours while waiting for a flight. It didn't feel unsafe, but my son was asked for a dollar by a guy, who was honest, that said he wanted to buy a beer. We also smelled a lot of "garden" smoke. LOL! Basically, it was clean enough, and comfortable enough for a few hours of sleep. It was safe enough, but I wouldn't go there with kids. My son is 32 years old, and we are pretty good at just rolling with stuff. If you don't smoke, just don't book a smoking room...it was all that was left. But, everything we wore while we were there smelled like an ash tray the rest of the weekend. LOL! The smoking rooms are basically like rolling around in an ash tray all night. But, like I said, the staff is super kind, the beds are clean, no bugs, and it is comfortable enough for a one night stay if you just need to crash somewhere for a few hours. Absolutely NOT a destination, haha.

Never even got checked in. Got to the hotel and was told i only had 1 of 2 rooms on my reservation but i could pay double my reservation price for 1 room... i made my reservations a m9nth prior to top it off. Hotel charged me for 2 rooms refunded 1 and very rude service desk worker

The lady at front desk is so sweet. Our first room had many roaches of all sizes. Large and tiny ones. We were able to switch rooms. Sadly, our second room had more roaches and other bugs than the first room. So we are trying to find a completely different hotel altogether.

Arrived to find they rented my room to somebody else. Drive 5 hours not to have a reservation. Hotel did not honor reservation and did not notify us or Expedia about it. While trying to check in several others threw their key card on desk saying they were leaving as roaches were in their rooms. We had to stay elsewhere

I stayed here because I was only sleeping one night (for 7 hours) from 1am and leaving at 8am the next morning. This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever experienced. The second I walked in the door the small of smoke was overwhelming. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and smelled of urine, toilet was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The floor in the corners of the bathroom and around the toilet were caked with dirt and other things I don't care to think about. The walls in the room made it feel like a prison. The door had a sign on it: 'FOR YOUR PROTECTION when in the room engage the deadbolt and security latch'. Problem was - the security latch was broken off the door, the door had clearly been kicked in because the trim was ripped off and missing on the inside and dead bolt wouldn't work properly. Awful on every level, would never stay at any of these anywhere again.

Booked a non smoking room, they slapped a "no smoking" sign on the door of a room that had been smoked in for the past 25 years. Every single thing we brought into that room smells like an ashtray.

The room was not as clean as it should be. There were flies flying around in the room my wife had to kill a few of them with a newspaper. The floor was sticky in some areas. The mattress was very hard wasn't very comfortable. The mattress wasn't as clean as it should be. It needed to be sanitized and vacuumed. The tub spigot wasn't fully attached to the wall. Water is going behind the enclosure. Not sure how that passed inspection. No light bulb in one of the wall scones by the bed. The security latch is missing from the door. The plastic on the refrigerator is torn needs to be removed. The vent on the HVAC unit needs to be cleaned and sanitized. Your office associate was very helpful. When asked for extra towels after the housekeeping was gone for the day he went and retrieve them for us.
