This unique & private apartment resides in the historic John T. Patterson home. Built in the late-19th century, this Lexington staple has recently undergone renovations to bring back the Victorian glory. Guests will enjoy a newly remodeled 1st floor apt that features original stain glass, hardwood floors, pocket doors, 12ft ceilings, new kitchen, king bed & so much more! Talk about location!!! Guests will be 1 block from Juliettea Market, 2mi to Main St, 2.5mi to Rupp Arena, 14min to Keeneland!
The space-
Loudon's Whimsical Apartment is an amazing hip apartment in a historic Victorian home. Where urban meets bourbon, is where you will find this newly renovated apartment. Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable downtown unit, that has recently undergone a facelift. With a newly renovated kitchen, vibrant décor, and Victorian aesthetics, guests will live like a true Lexingtonian while being surrounded by original details of the home and the convenience's of Downtown Lexington.

Guests are easily able to walk to Julietta market for donuts and coffee. This apartment features 1 King Bed & 1 Full bathroom.

This unit features polished original hardwood floors, newly renovated bathroom with standup shower, local art, 2 Roku T.V.'s, and wireless internet.

Offering guests a full kitchen, dining area, living/entertainment space, and just a short commute to live like a local and experience all of Kentucky's finest. An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will also enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay.

Washer and Dryer are free to use and located in the main part of the house on 3rd level.

Guests are able to park in the rear parking lot.

Note, we have a TON of Natural Light and provide black out curtains for your convivence.

great place with lots of character

we enjoyed our short stay here while attending a music festival. the lawn outside was pretty overgrown and made for a little bit less of an aesthetic appeal. but once inside the residence, it was very nice.

Attractive Apartment with Charm

The apartment was set up as a wonderful rental with thoughtful decor and amenities. It was walking distance to a park (with a swimming pool for summer stays) and to an area with small shops and take-out restaurants for coffee daily and weekend meals. A car was needed for accesssing other areas or Lexington. We definitely hope to be able to rent this apartment again.

Quaint Stay in Historic Home

Perfect location for a quick weekend in Lexington. We loved strolling the neighborhood and reading up on the history of the home. Excellent communication by the property manager too!
