Your bourbon trail basecamp awaits. This speakeasy-style retreat sleeps 10 and sits 4 miles from Buffalo Trace. Spend your days hitting the distilleries, your nights around the fire pit, soaking in one of two hot tubs, and going head-to-head on the pool table, arcade, shuffleboard, and foosball. Farm views, king and queen beds, EV charger. The perfect group escape in the heart of bourbon country.
You didn't come to Kentucky just to sip bourbon. You came to do it right.
This is the house for the group that plans the trip everyone talks about for years. A speakeasy-inspired retreat nestled in the rolling farmland of Frankfort, four miles from the legendary Buffalo Trace Distillery, and designed from the ground up for people who want to spend their days on the bourbon trail and their nights living like they own the place.
THE HOUSE
Five bedrooms. Three and a half baths. Sleeps 12. But the numbers don't tell the story.
The interiors are bourbon-inspired throughout, warm tones, curated details, the kind of place that feels intentional the moment you walk in. Every corner was designed to make your group feel like you've stumbled into your own private members club, somewhere between a distillery lounge and a Kentucky farmhouse.
The kitchen is fully loaded spices, cookware, everything you need to pull off a real meal when you're not letting someone else do the cooking. And when the morning comes after a long night on the trail, the espresso and cappuccino machine will be your best friend.
WHERE EVERYONE SLEEPS WELL
Three king bedrooms spread across two floors, each with premium bedding and plush pillows, because nobody should be fighting over who gets the good room. The fourth bedroom features two queen beds and its own dedicated office space, perfect if someone in the group needs to pretend they're working. The primary bedroom opens onto a private balcony with views of the serene farm and backyard, the kind of view that makes a morning coffee feel like a reward.
WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN
This is where the house earns its reputation.
Two hot tubs. Not one. Two. Because a group this size shouldn't have to take turns relaxing. Sink in, and let the Kentucky night do the rest.
Outside, the fire pit anchors a spacious backyard made for long conversations, s'mores, and stargazing in a sky you won't see back home. The private deck overlooks the farm, peaceful, unhurried, exactly what you came here for.
Inside, the game room doesn't hold back. Pool table. Shuffleboard. Foosball. Four arcade games, the good ones. This is the room where friendly competition turns into the stories you'll still be telling next year.
