Crystal was great, very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again just for her level of customer service. The hotel itself is nice, rooms are clean, beds comfy, and plenty of space.

Wonderful hotel located very close to Frankfort and Lexington. A great choice for visiting the Kentucky Bourbon Trail as many distilleries are located very close by. Many restaurants located nearby and beautiful downtown Versailles is also close by. Wonderful breakfast

The attendant at breakfast was beyond exceptional! Everything was hot and delicious. She even apologized for burning the biscuits— they weren’t even overdone. She said she likes them light and fluffy, and if they don’t look like that, they were overdone. Her attitude was bubbly and infectious! Made for an absolutely beautiful start to the morning!

The hotel stay was great, the property seemed very clean. A plus is the staff is super friendly. The continental breakfast was tasty and plentiful ! Next time we’re on the way to Tennessee this is gonna be our stop every time.

Seemed like a brand new hotel. No visible stains on hall carpets or room. "Free Breakfast" was above average. Had several meat choices, eggs biscuits and gravy and machine that made fresh pancakes instead of the normal waffle machine. Rooms and public area were all clean workout the bleach smell I find at some hotels. Will consider staying at other Holiday inn Express as this was a much better experience than the last time i tried the chain.
