We arrived for a late check in and stayed 3 nights with a very early check out. The night clerk on duty both at check in and check out, Heath was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered! Upon check in we walk in and apparently interrupted his doing nothing. We said we were here to check in he looked at us and said “and” no greeting no welcome. He scolded me because I put my room key by my phone and said now I have to do them over again. We got to our room, it was as described and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and assorted fruit, yogurt and pastries. We stayed 3 nights and they did not clean our room. We did not put the sign out to not clean it and I was a little disappointed in that service. We left at 3 in the morning to check out we had a very early flight and again we ran into Heath. He did not say good morning how can I help you nothing. I stated we needed to check out and his reply was well I am in the middle of something so you will have to wait. Again so rude! I have stayed at this hotel many times, but would think twice before staying here again.

Beds were super comfortable and loved that there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower because I forgot mine. Front desk staff could have been friendlier and made us feel more welcomed, instead of just another number to check in. Overall, the stay was okay.
