Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer. Dining room table seats 8. Bar area seats 4. Tv with play station. new covered Deck with new furniture. Gas grill. Fire pit. 4 adult bikes . No helmets. Shed with lots of beach toys. Swings,hammock. Linens and towels are included. Dishes and cooking supplies included. Only 3/4 of a mile from the public beach and downtown Lexington. Wi-Fi. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Air conditioning. Corn hole game. Starting in 2023 there will be a $100 cleaning fee.

Great cozy stay for a wedding in town. We needed something easily accessible for my mother in law. This is exactly what we needed! Minimal steps to get in the house and a step in shower. Rick was wonderful with any communication with us. We will stay here again!!

Richard was a great host, always available for any questions, and very accommodating. The place was very clean and has a very well equipped kitchen. The top bunks are definitely only for kids, but luckily we were able to get by without using them. We enjoyed the backyard with the barbecue and fire pit, and no problem with mosquitoes. We definitely would recommend this place!

The home was clean and well organized. Well equipped kitchen for cooking in, even a crock pot. Quiet street and lots of yard games available. Love the giant dining table for family board games! Close to lots of fun activities: putt putt, multiple beaches, downtown, and at least 3 ice cream places.Use febreeze/plug-ins for fresh scent, but strong for those with allergies or aversions to scents.

A great stay!

We had a great stay to attend a wedding in Lexington. The cottage has everything you need and lots of extras, such as lawn games and bikes to use. Very cozy and clean. The property is also secluded and quiet, as it is at the end of a street, which was nice. Would recommend!

Very cute little house that came with everything you need and then some. Location was perfect and would totally recommend. Host was in contact with me from the start...which was very nice. Did not have a chance to ride the bikes because the weather was not great but still managed to have a great time.

The Best Place I Have Stayed!

Peaceful, easy and fun...this home is stocked with anything you could ask for - right up to and including party decorations for folks that may have forgotten - to enough cookware to cook/bake anything your heart desires. The owner was great to work with and we enjoyed our stay so much!! If you have the chance to stay here- grab it!!

We spent 2 nights at the cottage and really enjoyed. We didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities as we were mostly heading to town and the beach for the bulk of the day, but the cottage served us very well. Would definitely stay again

Great location

The property was beautiful on a dead end street. Completely updated home with two full bathrooms extremely clean. Everything was great. Backyard was perfect for my kids. Fire pit was also a great amenity to have. My kids loved having their own bedroom and playing in the backyard.

Fabulous

It was just like the pictures!! From the front window we watched a wood chuck we called him Charlie he was out every morning and night. We watch a doe with twins and turkey’s with babies. We sat on the patio every morning with our coffee. Our stay was fantastic, visited family so much to in the area.
