Dirty room, cigarette smoke, dirty hallway, mold on the ceiling tiles. Breakfast looked gross-undercooked, stale bagels. Hotel door with passkey entry just opened with a little force- didn’t feel safe.

The lights did not work in the pool area after dark. The lock on the room door quit working on the last night. Front entry had what looked like a bullet hole in the glass.

Arrival at the hotel was terrible. It doesn't look like the pictures. It’s an extended stay motel, Sketchy looking, questionable looking people hanging around the property. Tried to cancel the reservation but they would not. Don’t fall for the trap of a non refundable reservation.

No toliet paper in the room, no tv remote at all, shower was busted on the wall did not shower in fear of breaking something. Urine by the door as we were leaving, no wash clothes provided. Dirty cut up bedding, litterally slashes in the sheets and "blanket" no duvet in the bed. Lots of flying bugs. Busted front glass entrance. Chain lock on door was broken. Not a plesant or relaxing stay at all!

We had a pleasant stay. We arrived about an hour early and was charged an extra $15 for early check in fee. The room was clean, beds were nice, and the air conditioning worked, so I was happy.

The staff was so welcoming and the breakfast was huge and nice ! Breakfast attendant was quick to get me syrup when it ran out . I liked that I could make a waffle with sprinkles ( even old people like sprinkles ! ) The room was not great. Had to go down to front desk for towels and shampoo/soap. Mold in corner of shower . No toilet paper holder . Shower bar was poorly repaired and instead of a knob on the broken closet there was just a string . POOL WAS CLOSED ..which was a big disappointment but the breakfast made me forget it ...lol

Our room lacked soap, shsmpoo and towels. The staff did provide them, but there was a weird mildew or something growing thickly on the bathtub faucet. The stained couch in the lobby needs to be thrown out. Cleanliness could have been better. They have done some upgrades, but more is needed. I can't recommend at this time.

It is basically what I expected for the price I paid. It works just fine for the night. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor. We didn’t have towels or hand soap so I tracked down a cleaning cart to get some. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly. And helpful with the questions I had. Again. This hotel is exactly what I expected for the price I paid. No real complaints.

100% not worht the $92 a night & we left day early

Main lobby entrance door was shattered . Room Phone didn't work, had to walk thru whole hotel to desk to ask for a remote only to get told we will send someone down in a little while. We left for few hrs . Came back to phone working & remote was on desk . Hole in the floor half the size of a foot we realized at 2 am when I got up to go bathroom and about fell. that and rest of floor felt weak , spiders in the window , garbage can had water bottles (not sure if clean staff drunk them or previous guest since we did get in room about 35 min early. no tub stopper & drain looks nasty . Window was one solid sheet of glass . No way to exit in emergency if you can’t get to the door. Black out curtains did nothing since they was to short and not wide enough. And the huge gap under door let all the hall light & noise in. Sheets and top blanket had yellow stains & no comforter! Just a thin sheet, a rough thin wool blanket topped with a sheet thin too blanket.no bed skirting and metal bed frame sticking out .Bathroom was tiny. barley room to walk in and shut the door. no vents, just painted over, shower head and shower rod half off wall. Bathroom door didn't shut all the way from all the layers of paint on there. And even half shuttig it , there was a loud rubbing sound waking up anyone asleep in room. Ended up leaving after first night and just loosing the $92 for second night. I have stayed in 2 star rooms that have been better shape .And I have stayed in 4 star rooms alot cheaper.

Room was dirty with hair everywhere even the walls. Had to ask for clean sheets for the bed. There was lipstick on 1 pillow case and cover up makeup on the other. Hair in between the sheets. Staff was fabulous in obtaining and delivering new sheets. Shower was full of hair from unknown sources. Facility is due to go under complete renovation which is def needed

Yuck

Hot tub was broke down. Pool water was green. A strange man handed out breakfast from a separate room and used his bare hands to pick up the food and put it on the plate. Water puddled in the hall. Had to change rooms because our original room had huge holes in the floor.
