When we checked into our room, there was urine on the floor around the toilet. Dirty room. Cockroach in the room. The room wouldn't lock. No hot water. Uncomfortable beds. Canceled my room for the 2nd night. 100% do not recommend!

We had a non-smoking room that had a bedspread with cigarette burns. We were on our last leg of returning home. Used to having shampoo and conditioner available at the hotel, but none at this one. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles, which was good. I had expected more! The maintenance folks were working diligently to get the AC working in the breakfast room. We made our waffles and found a much cooler place to eat them! Pool area was more like a sauna-the AC units that were being worked on for the breakfast room were probably connected to this area as well. They were addressing the issue. I'm not faulting them for that at all. Room was very clean and quiet!

Exterior parking lot is not well kept. Hallways need a deep clean. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast won't work for anyone with dietary restrictions, but several restaurants nearby.
