You will have full access to the apartment, but no garage access. We are open to allowing guesthouse visitors to use the dock and kayaks at the main house depending on occupancy during your stay. Don't hesitate to reach out and ask about this.
Our property is across the road from the lake, and there is no lake access in the neighborhood. The Southmonth and Wildlife fishing and ramp access is 10 minutes away. Lake access can be an option, but is NOT guaranteed. Please make sure you reach out prior to booking!!
We kindly request that all guests respect our rules and Airbnb's guidelines by avoiding any parties at the property. If a violation occurs, the reservation may be cancelled.
To ensure a seamless stay, please let us know in advance if you will be having any guests visit who are not included on the reservation.
