No parking. The fridge had mold in it and it took 4 attempts an email and a text to get it cleaned. Not to mention I was charged $100 a day for a security deposit and have yet to get it back.

We got back late 1am room was cold, but I thought it was because curtains were open and we were on top floor. Went to bed and woke cold had to get blanket and robe on to sleep. No heat just air blowing. Called front desk and told them. They comped valet parking. Front desk courteous, but paid a lot of money for a cold room on a cold night

The hotel needs a thorough cleaning and more attention paid to the rooms. The elevator was grimy, the carpets in the room were dirty, the bathroom had only one bath towel, no items in the mini-bar, and the coffee maker (just as important as the bed) didn't work. When I mentioned the coffee maker to the front desk, the response was "there's a coffee shop across the street." Checkout was 11, yet a housekeeper barged into the room at 9:30 wanting to clean it. Only one person checking you in for valet without an easy ability to get into the hotel from Main Street is pathetic. The hotel is rundown and is a 2 1/2 star hotel. If I own this place, I would be worried sick.

It was fine but the fact that the bar was closed at 10:30!when we and 1/2 the hotel had attended a concert and were looking forward to having a after dinner drink really sucked… would not stay there again… kind of a fake hotel , nice room but you don’t really feel like it was worth the$500 per night cost!!!
