Sweet spot
Beautifully appointed condo, amazingly quiet, given downtown location. Excellent communication with owner. No parking on-site, so you have to find parking in nearby garages, very limited street parking. Convenient location, would definitely stay again.

Perfect Place To Stay And Explore Downtown
The place was the perfect size for me and the location was very convenient. The parking suggestions were spot-on with pricing (I chose the one across the street. It was safe and only cost $22 for 3 days!) There were 2 small hiccups. The communication and restroom cleanliness piece. I did not get my check-in message on time within the 24 hours prior so I had to call VRBO to reach out to manager. That was handled quickly. But when I got to the apartment at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm) the door codes had not been activated yet. I had to wait and contact manager again. It was about a 20 minute longer and I was taken care of. The place was spotless except for some long black hairs on the bathroom floor and side of the tub. I wiped those up and enjoyed the rest of my stay.
