Jenna was very helpful on check-in, with an excellent restaurant recommendation (Food&Friends). Pleasant staff at checkout, went extra mile to find me a Greenbrier Valley guide. Food was excellent variety and well-stocked. Room was very clean and nice decor. We only stayed one night but it would be great for a much longer stay with a full size refrigerator, large microwave and a dishwasher!

The room was extremely comfortable. My only concern was the bathroom was slightly small. If I had had a couple members of my family who require walkers, they would have not been able to used the bathroom because their walker would not fit inside to get the door to close. The handicap shower would've been nice for them, but there was not enough room between the toilet and the door. The in room coffee was also not very flavorful. The bed was comfortable in the room was overall spacious.

An excellent buy for the money, overall clean, room accommodations and breakfast were excellent. A little bit of an overkill for a one- or two-night stay but you certainly get your monies worth. However, it was evident they are pet friendly, as the room had an offensive, faint, yet distinctive smell of having been cleaned with some kind of pet stain/odor fluid that only covered up.
