Bedroom was ok - surprisingly quiet for location next to a roundabout. Bathroom was tired and could do with a facelift. Complimentary water and hot drinks and biscuits in the room was a nice touch. Night entry/exit was a bit rotten and not the nicest to walk through. Helpful and friendly staff. Food didn’t look like the pictures but was nice enough for pub food. Complementary continental breakfast was nice - pastries, yoghurt and cereal with juice and hot drinks.

The Blacksmith's Arms was an excellent choice for nearby Glyndebourne. This is a nice neighbourhood with an interesting history and good communications - I do hope that they don't turn the area into a "new Town" as some developers are hoping to do. Strongly recommended! #

Nice friendly comfortable pub.

Our venue was comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of room for our three Golden Retievers. The local woods just across the road were recomended for a dog walk, and found to be most acceptable by our dogs. Very convenient for iur onward journey.
