The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a twin bed, and its own walk-in closet, with a full guest bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. With an open floor plan, a well-appointed kitchen, and a lovely screened-in porch for morning coffee or evening breezes, the condo sleeps four guests comfortably and makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.
Five Points is Lewes' most popular luxury resort community, designed for easy vacation living. The town center is within walking distance and includes a pool, tennis and bocce courts, restaurants, sports bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, salons, and more—plus a jogging and bike path that loops the neighborhood. Lewes, known as the “First Town in the First State,” sits where the Delaware Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean, letting you choose between calm bay beaches or ocean waves. The Lewes–Rehoboth Canal also provides access for fishing, boating, and water sports. Historic downtown Lewes, with its marina, shops, and 18th-century charm, is just minutes away, while Five Points offers a younger, lively hub where you can park your car and enjoy a week (or two) with everything you need close by. Plenty of activities are within five miles, and public transportation makes beach trips simple.
Parking is plentiful throughout the community. Inside, you'll enjoy ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a one-level layout, a Keurig coffee maker for both single cups and a full pot, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in. Please note there is no elevator, but there are no steps to enter the condo on the second floor. Linens are not supplied, though a rental package is available. No pets and no smoking permitted.
Damage Waiver Information
Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout. This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer.
