This modernly furnished vacation rental offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu. The lovingly decorated rooms invite you to unwind. The kitchen, fully equipped for your stay, offers everything you need. A large fridge-freezer, a fully automatic coffee machine (including coffee beans), a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic stove with an oven, and a selection of spices round out the amenities. Toilet paper, paper towels, vinegar, oil, and a wide selection of teas are also provided, as well as champagne and wine glasses.<br>In addition, the vacation rental is equipped with towels and bed linens at no extra charge, depending on the number of registered guests.<br>The bathroom features a bathtub, shower, hair dryer, washing machine, and drying rack.<br>A sunny balcony with a table and 5 chairs also invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. <br>The vacation rental features a large box-spring bed in the master bedroom, and in the second bedroom, a 1.40m-wide box-spring bed as well as a single bed. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a large sofa set.<br>The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor; an elevator is available. A private parking space is available free of charge at the building for our guests.<br>The vacation rental is centrally located, making the city center just a 5-minute walk away.<br><br>Leutkirch is very centrally located in the Allgäu region, making it the perfect starting point for all kinds of excursions.<br>Thanks to its connection to the A96, Leutkirch is only about a half-hour drive from Kempten, Lindau, and Memmingen, allowing you to quickly reach the mountains or immerse yourself in that vacation feeling at nearby Lake Constance.<br>Center Parcs Allgäu is just a few kilometers from your vacation rental (approx. 5 km) and features a fantastic water park, bowling alley, climbing garden, outdoor and indoor playgrounds, and much more.<br>The Scheidegger Waterfalls and the Eistobel in Maierhöfen are also highly recommended excursions, located about a 30-minute drive from your vacation rental.<br><br>Experience the beautiful Allgäu in all its glory.
