Waldhaus Neuleutasch: plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, far from the hustle and bustle

At the very top of Neuleutasch
The final few meters to the Waldhaus lead steeply upward. It lies tucked away at the edge of the forest, surrounded by a clearing. A small stream separates the meadow from the forest. Old trees surround the house, making it a place of tranquility. Through the branches, you can see the fantastic mountain scenery of the Seefeld and Leutasch region.
The approximately 100-square-meter attic apartment on the first floor is accessed via an outdoor staircase, leading into the spacious entryway. From there, you can access the kitchen, living room, bedroom 1 (with a 160-cm double bed), bathroom, and toilet. The large bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, two sinks, and a toilet. Behind the spacious living room is bedroom 2, which is furnished with a 180-pallet bed. From the living room—which features a Swedish stove and a cozy sitting area—and from bedroom 1, you can step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony. Behind the kitchen is the former dining room, which we’ve converted into a cozy children’s playroom. The small room is furnished with a 140-size extra bed/couch and has no heating (but can be heated well with the installed infrared panel). Adults can also stay here overnight if they don’t mind the tight space.

In winter, snow chains or a four-wheel-drive vehicle are absolutely required!!!
