The five holiday apartments are in Obern, a little outside the centre of Leutasch, in a sunny part of the valley open towards the south, right by the gateway to a hiking paradise, Gaistal, at the foot of the local mountain Hohe Munde, on a side street.

All the rooms in the apartments have heating and wireless Internet access throughout. A highchair and a cot can be provided free of charge.

Of the five parking spaces on site, three are in the carport and two in front of it. Each apartment is allocated a firm parking space, subject to availability. You can share use of a garden with a swing and sun loungers, as well as a terrace. Table tennis, badminton, boccia and cricket are available. You can also grill on request.

You can purchase a ticket from the tourism association or from the owner for the regional public transport (RegioCard). In summer you have free entry to the Alpenbad Leutasch (5 hours) and the sauna for a supplementary fee.

There is a grocery shop just ten metres away in the neighbourhood and cafes and restaurants within 300 to 500 metres. The access to the cross-country skiing trails Obern, Panorama, Bichlwald and Plaik are just 50 metres away. It is possible to go on countless hikes to chalets in summer (Gaistalalm, Hämmermoosalm, Wettersteinhütte). In the area you can also find the cross-country skiing centre for the Olympic region Leutasch/Seefeld with over 200km of trails, both classical and skating, along with signposted cycling and mountain biking routes for amateurs and the more experienced, or rides in a horse-drawn cart in summer and in winter, the Alpenbad Leutasch with a sauna village, riding, golf, fishing, swimming lakes within 20 km, a summer toboggan run, tennis and squash, skating and curling in winter and the Leutascher Geisterklamm. You can go on car or train trips to Innsbruck (35km) and in the area. Worthwhile destinations include the Stift Stams, the Swarovski crystal world in Wattens and the silver mine in Schwaz, or the “Bergdoktorhaus” in Mieming. With children it is recommended to go on a trip to the Garteneisenbahn in Barwies (35km).

The outside area of the flat includes a sheltered parking area for e-bikes, making it an ideal base for cycling adventurers. In addition, the absence of carpets guarantees a hygienic and allergy-friendly environment. Additional amenities such as heating and free internet (W-LAN) in all rooms, as well as the option of a high chair or baby cot on request at no extra cost, make your stay as pleasant as possible.

In addition, our guests have the option of using an infrared cabin for two people in the relaxation room for a fee - ideal for relaxing moments after an active day.
