Extras: A highchair and one portable cot are available upon request. Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. The portable cot comes with a soft base only; no additional mattress, linens, or bedding are provided.

Access: There are a few steps at the entrance of the property.
Parking: The front yard driveway can accommodate 2 cars — one under the carport and one in the uncovered section. Additional 24-hour free street parking is available nearby.

CCTV: CCTV is installed at the property and faces the main entrance.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided at the property for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.
