Blackbird Property presents their latest listing, Bryn-y-Mor Cottage, located a 20-minute walk from Leura Mall. The cottage has one bedroom, one bathroom and comfortably sleeps 2 guests.

This newly renovated cottage features reverse cycle air-conditioning, two fireplaces (gas and electric) and a large sun-soaked dining room.

Bryn-y-Mor Cottage is a beautifully renovated one-bedroom retreat, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful getaway in the Blue Mountains.

The cosy living room features reverse cycle air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, a smart TV with DVD player, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating for two. The sun-drenched dining room, complete with a ceiling fan and electric fireplace, is a lovely spot to relax and soak up the winter sun.

The bedroom offers a king-sized bed with blackout blinds, electric heating, and quality linen and towels provided for your stay.

The spacious bathroom includes a large bathtub, a separate shower, underfloor heating, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort.

If you choose to cook during your stay, the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (please note: there is a fridge but no freezer) and a selection of basic pantry items.

** Please note that Bryn-y-Mor Cottage is set at the back of the owners` property and shares a driveway with the main house.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was central to all the major beauty spots and walks yet far enough away from the shopping centres to make it quiet and restful. Well appointed and charming for 2 people.

Well Managed beautiful Experience

From the offset, this experience was flawless. Jodie and Rachel communicated all details of the property, and included an excellent summary of what was expected along with a detailed guide of local shops, restaurants and amenities which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this stayz location and property. No surprises or let downs, if you are looking for a relaxed and picturesque location to unwind then this is the place!
