Facing Lake La Franqui, 800 m from the sea, this large modern house offers beautiful volumes. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully air-conditioned: ten people can stay there without stepping on each other.

Ideal for a large family, a meeting of friends or a work seminar (wifi and dedicated workspace), in a quiet residential area.

The house is fully air-conditioned: each room, including bedrooms, has its own adjustable unit.

Five bedrooms spread over beautiful volumes: two with queen-size beds, three with double beds. Two bathrooms allow everyone to get ready in the morning without traffic jams. For the youngest, two cots and a high chair are available.

Fully equipped kitchen: filter coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge.

Living room and dining room with two sofas, a table football, a television (internet box, SFR TV channels) and two tables that can accommodate ten guests.
