The car is no longer necessary! A 5-minute walk away you have the heart of Les Vans (market, local shops and craftsmen, restaurants and various activities), 10 minutes away you set foot in the river (Chassezac) and for 5 minutes more you arrive at a large lake for beautiful swimming (the Puech).

The 1898 dovecote of yesteryear, completely renovated, offers you all the comforts for a dozen people, 15 maximum: good beds, good armchairs/sofas, multiple spacious rooms and varied spaces, the shade of a two-hundred-year-old cedar, a lime tree, a hackberry, a sequoia and an avenue of cypresses that welcomes you to the entrance. Choice of shade or sun all day long!
The park of about 2,000m2 is fenced, with a shaded terrace and a barbecue (charcoal is available).

A large covered and heated swimming pool, with salt, not overlooked perfect for the end of year celebrations!
Many games that we leave at your disposal: trampoline for 6 children, 2 swings, bowling alleys, petanque area and more on request (rollerblading, skateboarding...).

On the first floor, overlooking terraces and garden:
- The games room with sofa, TV, removable play mat...
- The dining room with 2 large tables.
- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer + small fridge - freezer, toaster, coffee makers, kettle, food processor...)
- A toilet + washbasin.

On the Pearl floor (1st):
- The Saphir room: 1 bed in 160 + 1 sofa bed, with shower, sinks and cupboards
- The Emerald room: 1 bed in 160 + 1 in 90, with shower and toilet
Ideal for 2-3 children/young people or 1 couple with child.
- The Jade room (spacious): 1 bed in 160 + 1 bed in 90
- The Chrysoprase room: 1 bed with 2 mattresses in 70 with liftable backrests.
Ideal for reading, for napping...
- 1 bathroom: shower with sink
- 1 toilet.

On the Étage des Astres (2nd):
- The Chambre des Étoiles: 2 beds in 90
- The bedroom of the Moon (spacious): 1 bunk bed in 140, between 2 and 4 beds depending on your needs...
- The Library room: 1 bed 140, soft.

- 1 shower room: shower with sink

In the basement you have the laundry room with double sinks, washing machines and dryer.

Possibility to provide 1 travel cot + a baby bath.

Our animal friends are welcome on the first floor only (not on the ground floors). beds, sofas and armchairs) and subject to a prior interview with the owner (deposit 100€)! They can sleep in the dining room. Please bring a basket or blanket during their stay.

Non-smoking house, allowed only outside.
Attention for night owls, the area resonates, calm is imposed outside at night.

Ideally located in South Ardèche, at the foot of the Cévennes National Park, near Vallon Pont d'Arc (Chauvet cave) and Ruoms, 40 minutes from Alès and Aubenas. Close to many caves, climbing site, canoe descent, villages of character, mountain biking, paragliding, horseback riding (Foussac), tree climbing 10 km away, crocodile farm and farmers' and artists' markets.

If you appreciate the built heritage, you can visit the 15th century Château des Roure, Château de Vogüé, the fort and stables of Banne, Ermitage St Eugène de Chassagnes. The natural heritage is also very rich with visits to the Aven Marzal, Grand Site de l'Aven d'Orgnac, the Grotte de la Cocalière, the Grotte de la Madeleine, the Bois de Païolive with its mystical forest of petrified limestone rocks.
