The large covered terrace, with exposed Garonne pebbles, is perfect for al fresco dining or mild summer evenings. It is equipped with a fully equipped summer kitchen, ideal for convivial moments in complete freedom. Things to see and do: Lake Montréjeau (Blue Flag certified), just 3 km away, is perfect for swimming, relaxing, or picnics by the water. The town also has a golf course, all necessary amenities, a remarkable market, a train station (for Luchon, thermal baths, and skiing, 44 km away) or Toulouse (110 km), and it is a stop on the Via Garona (Path of Saint James). Visit the Basilica of Saint-Just de Valcabrère and the site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, listed as a Grand Site Occitanie. Explore the Gargas Caves for an adventure through time. The cottage is a duplex and consists of a cozy living room on the ground floor, with a sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The mezzanine bedroom (very steep staircase) has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and offers the famous view of the peaks. The bathroom/WC is on the same level as the bedroom (no door between the bedroom and the bathroom). Electric heating. Washing machine shared with the owner. No freezer. No baby equipment.
