Guest Access:

Guests have the entire estate, or the booked part of it, to themselves. The estate is spread over three villas connected by paths across the grounds. Guests are met on arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Mes Amis is located at Falaise des Oiseaux in Terres Basses, a private area on the French side of St. Martin. The beach is about 5 minutes away by car, and Porto Cupecoy, with grocery stores, restaurants and shops, about 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for exploring the island. Princess Juliana International Airport is about 20 minutes away. Our concierge can arrange rental cars, taxis or airport transfers.

- The estate accommodates up to 26 guests

- Rates are based on double occupancy per room

- The estate can be rented with 7 to 13 bedrooms

- Pool heating is available from 17 December to 14 April
