ROSE Holidays offers this 25 m² studio on the 2nd floor of a secure residence without a lift, ideally located in the Presidents district, just a stone's throw from shops and the beach.

Capacity: up to 4 people.



The accommodation includes:

• Bright living room facing south with 140 sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs and bench

• Semi-open equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, filter coffee maker

• Sleeping area with bunk beds 90 and storage cupboard

• Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, storage unit, hairdryer and WC

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

• Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
