Located in the charming Arago neighbourhood, this pleasant and bright house is perfect for family or friends' holidays.

With its lovely outdoor patio, it invites relaxation and conviviality, just a few minutes from the beach and shops.



🏠 A cosy and functional interior



This single-storey house offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.



A first bedroom with a double bed, ideal for restful nights.



A second modular bedroom with a trundle bed and a single bed in a mezzanine, perfect for children or friends.



A modern and practical shower room, equipped with a sink and a toilet.



The living space, bright and warm, consists of a comfortable lounge opening onto an equipped kitchen: hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker.

The whole space opens directly onto the patio, offering fluid access to the outside.



🌿 An exterior conducive to relaxation



The garden is a real asset of this house.

A large table allows you to share your meals outdoors under the Vendée sun.

For moments of relaxation, deckchairs are at your disposal, and a plancha promises you delicious summer evenings with loved ones.

Nestled in the Arago district, this house benefits from a perfect location to fully enjoy Les Sables d'Olonne.

The market, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as is the famous Les Sables d'Olonne beach, just a few minutes' walk away.

The historic centre and the Remblai promenade are also nearby, perfect for lovely seaside walks.

⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🕘 Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation

👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if deep cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Information about bin storage locations ♻️
