Located on the ground floor, in the charming Arago district in Les Sables d'Olonne, this 28 m² apartment is perfect for a stay with family or friends, offering comfort and practicality just a stone's throw from shops and beaches.

A lounge-dining space with a convertible sofa bed (2 sleeping spaces)

An open and equipped kitchen: hob, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and everything you need for your meals

A functional bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC

A private balcony on the ground floor, perfect for having a coffee or enjoying pleasant evenings.

A private parking space within the secure grounds of the residence.

Stay times

Arrival: from 4pm

Departure: by 10am at the latest



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



Checkout Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins

Gather used laundry in the entrance

Additional charge if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee machine type, parking advice bin information
