ROSE Holidays offers you this charming apartment ideally located just a few metres from the main beach of Les Sables-d'Olonne, the town centre and the Halles market.

Perfectly positioned, you can do everything on foot!



Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with a lift.



🌿 Bright and comfortable, it has a large balcony fitted with a table for your outdoor meals and sunbeds, perfect for relaxing in the sun after a day at the beach.

• A beautiful living room-dining area with an open kitchen, equipped with: kettle, microwave, filter coffee maker, crockery, storage...

• A double sofa bed (160 cm) in the living room, offering comfortable sleeping for 2 people.

• A bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a storage space.

• A bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing.

• Separate toilets for added comfort.

A private underground parking space is available to you.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely relaxed arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service.

To guarantee consistent quality:

• Wash and put away dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish

• Gather used laundry

👉 In case of non-compliance or deep cleaning required, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
