Canal House Chaume District



ROSE Holidays offers you this charming house located near the Chaume canal, an ideal setting for relaxing and authentic holidays.

This house can accommodate up to 5 people (with a maximum of 4 adults).



She benefits from a perfect location, just a few steps from the lively quays of the Chaume district, close to the Olona marina and local shops such as bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, butcher's shop and pharmacy.



The large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne is easily accessible thanks to the ferry, a small boat that crosses the channel in a few minutes, thus offering you direct access to the beach.

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
