Top notch new villa with great outdoor pool area

We had a great stay at the villa. It is brand new and very high quality. The villa itself is very large with lots of room in the kitchen and living area. The outdoor area is great. A large pool with great outdoor seating areas (including a BBQ) as well as a petanque area and basketball area! The villa is very close to the beaches (only a short walk) and maybe a 5-10 minute drive to Les Portes-en-Re. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to a large family or 2 families (the space gives plenty of room to breathe!).
