This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of a resort dedicated to children.<br><br>The 4-star residence: l'écrin des orres (balcony of the airelles) is located at the foot of the slopes with swimming pool.<br><br>Immediate access to small shops, restaurants, ski and mountain bike rental, free parking.<br>The second station 1600 can be reached on foot in 15 min and 5 min by car.<br><br>You will have a great holiday in both summer and winter and your children will be delighted.<br>The accommodation<br>This apartment is composed of:<br><br>- living room with sofa bed and TV as well as board games (UNO, cards, 7 families).<br>- Open kitchen (Tassimo filter or capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machine, refrigerator, microwave grill, airfryeur)<br>-bedroom with double bed, closet and TV<br>-cushions and duvets provided<br>-bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer<br>-Separate toilet<br>-entrance hall with cupboard<br>Terrace with table and 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds<br>- Clothes drying rack and tongs<br>-ski box<br><br>You will have direct access to the heated indoor swimming pool and sauna of the residence by elevator (mid-December/mid-April and July/August) according to the opening schedule.<br>Other remarks<br>Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay.<br>The end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price of the rental, it is 50 eur to be paid to the concierge if you wish.<br>Equipment (broom, vacuum cleaner) and household products are at your disposal.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE that if the cleaning is not carried out at the end of the stay, part of the deposit may be retained by the concierge service.<br><br>-For your comfort, the concierge can offer you the supply of household linen<br>Double sheet 15 EUR and single sheet 10 EUR with bed made on arrival<br>Towel kit 9 EUR<br><br>- The concierge takes care of handing over the keys and the inventory of fixtures.
