Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel cancelled my reservation on the exact day of my arrival without any prior notice or explanation. This left me stranded and completely ruined my travel plans. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of communication is unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
